Our agent websites are visually attractive, search engine optimized, and loaded with content needed for a successful insurance agency website. Our extensive knowledge of what works and what doesn’t when it comes to website design, insurance SEO, and functionality allows us to create websites that are both user and search engine friendly. Your website is a critical asset for your agency and we will make sure it gets the job done.
Q: Once my website is designed do you provide web hosting?
A: Yes, BrightFire provides everything from website design to hosting to marketing. We offer reliable web hosting services. Web hosting with BrightFire is required; however, email hosting is optional.
Q: What is the turn-around time for my new website?
A: Once we get your agency information (about text, lines of insurance you sell, carriers you have access to, agency logo, etc.), we’ll have a website draft ready for you to review within 3 weeks. If you have a fixed deadline, rest assured we will put in extra effort to meet your deadline and finish the website in a timely manner.
Q: Can I update the website myself? Or do I need to pay every time I need something changed?
A: All of our insurance agent websites include an easy to use Content Management System (CMS). You will be able to update it anytime or anywhere that you have computer and internet access. You don’t need to have any HTML or programming experience. Also, if you’re just too busy dealing with all these new customers, we can always do the updates for you as part of the support included in the packages.
Q: When my new website is finished, what kind of technical support can I expect?
A: We offer full technical support, so you can turn to us if any problem occurs. Each package contains different amounts of built-in support to match your needs.
Q. Will my new website be search engine friendly?
A: This is must for today’s insurance agent. Designing search engine friendly websites is one of our most important responsibilities. Every website that we design is done so with search engines as well as users in mind. Our SEO specialists know the ins-and-outs of search engines. This allows us to direct our website design and content accordingly. The PIA STANDARD Package includes standard SEO setup and then the ESSENTIAL and ADVANCED Packages include our Local SEO & Review Marketing Service, which combines both local search engine optimization and customer review marketing.
Q: Can I keep track of my website visitors and see the stats?
A: As part of every package, we will setup and install Google Analytics on your website to start tracking usage and traffic patterns.
Q: Can I use my existing domain name?
A: Yes. We can build a new website on your existing domain name. This is beneficial for search engines plus all of your marketing material can remain the same.
Q: What is the difference between Standard SEO and Local SEO & Review Marketing?
Standard SEO includes the essentials of preparing and registering your new website for search engines for both life/health and P&C keywords. Tasks like content writing, optimizing page titles, site structure, keyword links, and creating meta tags are all part of the Standard SEO.
Our Local SEO & Review Marketing Service combines both on-going local search engine optimization and customer review marketing.
Local SEO is focused on improving search engine rankings that are relevant to an insurance searcher based on their current geographic location. So if they search for ‘insurance agent’, Google would provide them with search results for insurance agencies/agents that are nearest to them. Customer reviews on credible well-known sites like Google, Yelp, and Facebook can help attract more people to check out your agency, improve lead conversions on your website, and help your local search engine rankings.
