Q: What is the turn-around time for my new website?

A: Once we get your agency information (about text, lines of insurance you sell, carriers you have access to, agency logo, etc.), we’ll have a website draft ready for you to review within 3 weeks. If you have a fixed deadline, rest assured we will put in extra effort to meet your deadline and finish the website in a timely manner.

Q: Can I update the website myself? Or do I need to pay every time I need something changed?

A: All of our insurance agent websites include an easy to use Content Management System (CMS). You will be able to update it anytime or anywhere that you have computer and internet access. You don’t need to have any HTML or programming experience. Also, if you’re just too busy dealing with all these new customers, we can always do the updates for you as part of the support included in the packages.

Q: When my new website is finished, what kind of technical support can I expect?

A: We offer full technical support, so you can turn to us if any problem occurs. Each package contains different amounts of built-in support to match your needs.

Q: Can I use my existing domain name?

A: Yes. We can build a new website on your existing domain name. This is beneficial for search engines plus all of your marketing material can remain the same.

Q: What is the difference between Standard SEO and Local SEO & Review Marketing?

Standard SEO includes the essentials of preparing and registering your new website for search engines for both life/health and P&C keywords. Tasks like content writing, optimizing page titles, site structure, keyword links, and creating meta tags are all part of the Standard SEO.
