Q1 - What’s the difference between a Template and a Ready Made Website from insWebsites?
A1 - When you purchase a "website template" you only get a one page design template and you have to make all the changes and customize yourself or find a qualified designer to do so. If you’re not qualified to develop and customize your website yourself, you can hurt your business by portraying a poor image with an amateurish website. When you purchase a Ready Made website, we will work with you to ensure that your website is customized to your needs and goes live successfully without errors.
Q2 - What Information do I Need to Provide You to Complete my Website?
A2 - In order to complete your website you will need to provide us with some text about your agency, your carriers, agent/producer/staff contact information, professional associations (Big I, PIA, etc.), local community organizations, and your company logo.
Q3 - What if I don’t Like Any of Your Ready Made Websites?
A3 - We continue to develop new Ready Made website designs to our existing collection. If you don’t find a Ready Made website design that you like, you can opt to make major changes to an existing Ready Made design or purchase a custom website. We can provide a written quote for option.
Q4 - If I Decide to Go With a Ready Made Website Now, but Then Decide to Upgrade to a Custom Website Later, Is There a Discount?
A4 - If you are an existing Ready Made website client and you've decided to take your website to the next level, you will certainly receive a discount for upgrading. Amount of discount will depend on the custom website and options you require.
Q5 - How Long Will it Take to Complete my Ready Made Website?
A5 - Since we perform the development and customizations for your agency, your Ready Made Website will be completed within one to two weeks, based on the options you selected and how soon you can provide us with feedback, approvals, and deliverables (agency information, logo, etc.).
Q6 - What is the Design Process for a Ready Made Website?
A6 - The development process for a Ready Made Website is as follows:
- Select the Ready Made agency website design you want along with the options.
- Consult with your Project Manager regarding agency customizations you need.
- We will register your domain name or help you update your existing domain.
- Submit agency specific information - text about your agency, your carriers, agent/producer/staff contact information, professional associations, local community organizations, and your company logo.
- Within one to two weeks, we'll have a draft of your website ready for you to review.
- Submit your feedback and changes.
- A revision of the website will be presented for your final approval.
- Once you're completely satisfied with your website, we'll install your website on the webserver and your website will be live.
- After your website is live, we will submit it to Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
Q7 - Can I have certain leads be sent to a particular CSR or agent?
A7 - Yes! Once a visitor to your agency website has submitted a quote or contact form to your agency the information is immediately emailed to the appropriate customer service representative or agent. For example, if your agency has one CSR that handles all commercial lines products, a commercial quote coming in would be routed specifically to the appropriate CSR.
