The
INS Digital Media process
is a proven path to satisfaction. We begin by delving into what the client
wishes, who the target audience is, what kind of technology the target audience
will likely use, and gather any material the client can provide that helps
us see into their mind.
We also ask the client to look and submit links of any websites they find that they either like or particularly don’t like. If the client is not familiar with the Internet, we survey other sites in the client’s field and suggest links.
| DISCOVERY | We begin each project by listening, learning, and conceptualizing the best way to construct your Website. The initial time that is put into understanding and researching you and your business enables us to effectively deliver websites that meet, and often exceed, our client's expectations. |
| INFORMATION GATHERING |
This will involve collecting all of the copy and other text to be integrated into the website. The more complete this information is at the outset, the more efficiently we can design the structure of the site. In addition, this is the stage where you will describe in detail the type of image you’d like your website to project. |
| PROTOTYPING | This will be the most time consuming portion of the process. It will involve creating a logo (where appropriate) and site design that meets your satisfaction. This will likely take a number of cycles of your review and feedback. We will also focus on end-user friendliness to ensure that visitors to your site have a positive experience. |
| PRODUCTION | The web layouts are then converted to HTML and graphics. The pages are then reviewed and tested. |
| TESTING | Methodical testing and quality assurance to ensure delivery of a reliably sound website across browsers and platforms. |
| LAUNCH | After you are completely satisfied with the web site and it has been thoroughly tested, we will launch it for either public access. |
| REFRESH | The launch of the site is not the end of a project. Our goal is to help you stay successful. Search Engine Optimization tactics can be constantly revisited.
